Evidence Based Childbirth Education Class

Leslie is a birth assistant, childbirth educator, lactation education counselor and perinatal navigator. She believes in a person's innate ability to birth naturally and offers inclusive, evidence based childbirth education during the family building journey! In her classes, Leslie aims to make you feel confident in your ability to birth and create a balanced  experience that includes comfort measures, education and preparation. This 4 hour class will cover stages of labor, medical interventions, options in pain management, birth planning, doula tips, nutrition, planning for postpartum, newborn care and lactation information.
